The Problem: EDANZ member organisations (regional EDAs) offer consulting services to SME clients, but their consultants lacked knowledge and skills in diagnosing the issues.

The Solution: Business advisors participated in a series of QLBS.com workshops which were based around our QFitness assessment for SME, demonstrating a systematic and thorough approach to business diagnostics.

The Result: The QLBS.com system made it easy for advisors to identify the risks and strengths of a small business and they gained a far better understanding of these issues during the process.
