 Performance Improvement Program

• Adopt The Best Practice model developed by Georgia tech and reviewed by CALED and the International Economic Development Council
• Utilise QLBS Universal Measurement Engine to produce a web based self assessment and have it embedded on the CALED website.
• CALED to e- mail an invitation to all the EDO’s attending their annual conference an Invitation to do a self assessment of their own organisation.
• QLBS to report back to the conference on the areas of strength and weakness and through the CALED Academy encourage a performance improvement program
• Development of a database of best practice for ongoing monitoring and benchmarking.
