MWH's Business Consulting practice has been using QLBS software to assist in delivering business assessment services to their clients from 2006. MWH had been searching for a tool to help and capture their intellectual property in and deliver our services in a consistent and transparent way to their clients. They also wanted to be able to deliver these services at speed and provide rapid results, to provide as with real competitive advantage.

In 2006 MWH undertook a pilot of the QLBS.com system to test the applicability of the technology. In November 2006 MWH’s intellectual property in asset management for municipal and public utilities was captured in QLBS.com’s technology. This was developed into the “Quick Start” program. Initial testing of this program indicated significant benefits for both MWH and their clients.

When the QLBS tool was demonstrated to MWH it took them a very short time before they realised that they had found a breakthrough technology that had the ability to transform the way they delivered services to their clients.
